Wishing Tree terms of service

By using the Wishing Tree, you agree to the following terms. The Wishing Tree is a community space for sharing wishes — not a commercial service, donation platform, or marketplace.
About the Wishing Tree
The Wishing Tree is operated by Solacea Life Care. Its purpose: to connect those who hope with those who want to help, in the context of palliative care and Indonesian community support.
No financial transactions
Solacea is not involved in exchanges of money, valuables, or paid services between wisher and helper. If any party requests money or offers a financial transaction in the name of the Wishing Tree, that is fraud — report it to us.
Content rules
- No PII (national ID, account numbers, etc.)
- No SARA content or violations of Pancasila values
- No fraud or solicitation of financial transactions
- No harassment or hate speech
- No spam or commercial promotion

Helper rules
- Contact wishers respectfully — the Wishing Tree is a safe space
- Contact shared by wishers is only for the specific wish — do not use for other commercial or personal purposes
- If you cannot or no longer wish to help, tell the wisher directly
- Problematic helpers can be reported to admins
Under 18
If you (or the beneficiary of your wish) are under 18, posting a wish requires parent or guardian consent. Choose the appropriate age option at submit time.
Enforcement
Solacea reserves the right to remove, hide, or reject wishes; ban violating helpers; or revoke access of users who violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Actions are recorded in internal audit logs.

Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the Wishing Tree landing page. Version is marked with the update date above.
